We are recruiting a project manager to work with us in the development of a new deep-tech acceleration program in Southern Europe.

We are looking for a Project Manager for our team. What we are looking for:

• PhD or Master's degree in science, engineering, management or equivalent.
  
• Minimum experience of 5 (five) years in project management in the area of technological innovation.
  
• Fluency in English.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication (in Portuguese and English).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Easy to create and establish new contacts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to integrate a small team.
• Flexibility to accommodate the opinion of other team members and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work in the Greater Porto area.

What will you do?
We are an Association with a small team, so the person who joins our team will do a little bit of everything, just like us. However, we highlight the following:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the Association's initiatives, namely the S3E project.
  
• Interact with partners, universities, research institutes, incubators accelerators, European projects, etc. that have synergies with the project and will be fundamental for the realization of S3E.
  
• Identify European projects and support the development of applications.
  
• Develop proposals for the provision of services.
  
• Support accounting and participate in reporting tasks.
  
• Support the Association's Marketing activities.
  
• Assist the CEO and the COO.
