Taking place on 12–13 November in Warsaw, Poland, Deep Tech Skills Days 2024 is the flagship event of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, aimed at advancing deep tech education across Europe.

As part of our commitment to train 1 million talents in deep tech by 2025, together with the EIT Community, HiSeedTech is joining the first edition of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s flagship event, on 12 - 13 November, in Warsaw, Poland.

During Deep Tech Skills Days 2024, HiSeedTech will lead a breakout session on "Deep Tech Entrepreneurship: 20 Years of Experience in Training and Mentorship" and participate in a panel discussion titled "Deep Tech Talent, Entrepreneurship, and Impact" alongside with representatives from JA Europe, The Polish Association of Centers for Technology Transfer and MinnaLearn.

For two days, Deep Tech Skills Days 2024 will bring together stakeholders committed to skilling, upskilling and reskilling talents in deep tech fields and willing to network with new stakeholders, as well as individuals eager to connect with companies, training organisations and academia.

About the Deep Tech Skills Days 2024:
The “Deep Tech Skills Days 2024: Activating the Ecosystem for Talent Development” event is an opportunity to connect with organisations working in the area of deep tech training, as well as educators, researchers and other individual professionals committed to promoting deep tech education in Europe.

Over two days, the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative will bring together stakeholders and individuals working and interested in skilling, upskilling, and reskilling talent in deep tech fields. This event provides a valuable platform for participants to connect with Pledgers of the initiative, but also with new collaborators, including companies, training organisations, and academic institutions, enhancing partnerships within the deep tech community.

The EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative is a pioneer programme aimed at skilling one million people in deep tech fields by the end of 2025. In collaboration with the European Commission, the EIT and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) are leading this effort to develop and retain a robust deep tech talent pool across Europe and Associated Countries.
