HiSeedTech and CICECO to co-organise exclusive workshop on Digital Twins
HiSeedTech and CICECO – University of Aveiro are joining forces to co-organise an exclusive full-day intensive workshop on Digital Twin technology, taking place on 7 October 2025 at the University of Aveiro, Portugal.
This by-invitation-only workshop is designed for senior business leaders — including CEOs, CTOs and Chief Innovation Officers — and will also gather representatives of key national innovation and development agencies. The event will provide a unique platform for strategic dialogue on how Digital Twin technology can accelerate competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation in industry.
The workshop will feature insights from renowned international and national experts, such as Prof. Luca Montorsi (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy), who will demonstrate how Virtualisation and Digital Twin solutions are driving efficiency in energy-intensive industries, and Dr. Alexandre Franco (Université de Picardie Jules Verne, France), who will address how digital tools are accelerating the optimisation of battery manufacturing processes, bridging research and market applications.
