The business projects that resulted from the science-based ideas supported by HiTech were presented at the closing session of this initiative, last July 14. More than more than 200 people from around join us online to see these projects that want to change the world.

HiTech 2021 projects:

• CryoDES- Biocompatible cryoprotectant agent that allows the cryopreservation of cells for cell therapy
  
• Heartware - Decision support tool for early detection of heart pathologies through a simple Electrocardiogram
  
• i-Grape - Grape maturation monitoring cloud-based service
  
• MOON Therapeutics - Novel drug targeting an alternative pathway for renal cell carcinoma
  
• N9VE- Recovering rare-earth elements from e-waste, using marine algae.
  
• NEVADA- A nano-drug carrier device for Alzheimer’s Disease
  
• PurifY- AcneY, a cosmetic face mask to prevent acne
